Ingredients:
• 1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges
• 8 chicken drumsticks
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 cup vegetable broth or water
• 2 tbsp mustard
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Dried oregano, salt, pepper, and spices to taste
