An incredibly delicious dish loved by both young and old. A wonderful suggestion for any table, as everyone enjoys chicken! Prepare it as a festive proposal, decorate accordingly, and steal the show!
Our ingredients:
1 batch of crepes
½ chicken (around half a kilogram)
1 finely chopped red bell pepper
1 finely chopped green bell pepper
1 finely chopped onion
350g grated cheese
300g bacon, finely chopped.
60g flour
80g butter
500g milk
We start by boiling the chicken. While it boils, we prepare our crepes. Once the chicken is boiled, we strain and shred it.
In a saucepan, saute the onion with the bell peppers, then add the bacon and chicken. When they are cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat.
In a small pot, melt the butter and add the flour, stirring quickly. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Once all the milk is added and the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.
Next, add the chicken and vegetables, along with 200g of cheese, and mix well. The mixture should be well combined and firm.
Take the crepes and fill them with the mixture. Place them in a well-greased baking dish in a row. Once the last crepe is added, whisk the cream with a pinch of salt and pepper, and pour it over the crepes. Then sprinkle with finely chopped bell peppers for color. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the crepes are golden brown.
