Chicken with Colorful Peppers and Broccoli

Product

Recipe-Ingrediants

Today, we're going to prepare our chicken in a different way. Colorful, aromatic, quick, and light. Even if you make it plain (without any side dishes), it's wonderful, satisfying, economical, and perfect when you're short on time. It's ideal for dinner, and if you make it slightly spicy, it pairs perfectly with a movie night! Personally, I'll serve it with rice (you can use whatever you prefer).

Ingredients:
750g chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 green peppers, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
5 button mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 small broccoli, cut into florets
30g soy sauce
Vegetable broth
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
Salt, pepper, ginger
Olive oil

Directions

Instructions: In a deep frying pan, heat a little olive oil and lightly saute the onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Once they soften, add the garlic and broccoli. Saute lightly for two minutes, then remove the vegetables from the pan. In the same pan, saute the chicken well (add the chicken gradually to ensure it sears properly, as adding it all at once will release its juices and cause it to boil). Reduce the heat, add the sauteed vegetables back to the pan, pour in the soy sauce, spices, sunflower seeds, and a little vegetable broth. Allow it to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta, noodles, etc.
• You can add any other vegetables you like. • Feel free to adjust the seasoning and spice level according to your taste.
