It's afternoon, and we're planning to watch a little movie. So, what's going to be our snack alongside the popcorn? We have chicken in the fridge, and we're going to make deliciously crispy golden chicken nuggets! Let's make them before time slips away (fortunately, they're quick to prepare).
Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast and 2 thighs
• 120g all-purpose flour
• 25g cornflour
• 250g beer
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp black pepper
1. Remove the skin from the chicken and finely mince the meat, creating a chicken mince. Season with salt and pepper.
2. With a spoon, take a bit of the chicken mixture, wet your hands, and shape small rosettes. Place the rosettes on parchment paper, cover them with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
3. While they're in the fridge, mix the spices with the all-purpose flour in a bowl.
4. Once the rosettes are firm, take them and coat them with the flour and spice mixture.
5. In the flour-spice mixture, pour the beer and create a batter by mixing it thoroughly.
6. Dip each coated rosette into the batter, then deep-fry them in oil at 170°C (340°F).
7. Serve them while they're hot!
If you like this recipe, then you'll definitely love chicken nuggets! Give them a try!
Enjoy your meal!
