This dish combines the rich flavor of goat meat with the freshness of lemon, offering an unforgettable culinary experience. Our ingredients:
1 kilogram lasagna or noodles
2 kilogram of goat meat
2 cloves of garlic
1-2 teaspoons of oregano
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup of white wine
Juice from one juicy lemon
200 grams of grated cheese
Flour for coating
In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat and saute the goat meat, coated with flour, until it takes on a beautiful color. Then, deglaze with wine, add the garlic (hidden in the meat), and season with oregano, bay leaves, pepper, and hot water. Allow it to simmer covered. While waiting for it to boil, cook our lasagna and place it on a serving platter.
Once the meat is tender (bone separates easily from the meat), remove the garlic, bay leaves, and oregano. Season with salt and lemon juice, and let the sauce thicken with the pot uncovered. Spread it over our lasagna and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and plenty of grated cheese.
You can also accompany it with lemon potatoes or mashed potatoes, or even aromatic celery mash. Enjoy your meal!
