Kids love burgers, so what better than to make the most delicious burgers with our own hands that they will devour completely? The ground beef should be lean and ideally made from one grinding pass only, with a fat content of no more than 20-30%.
Our ingredients:
We shape the ground beef into 180-200g patties, making them flat and trying to avoid any cracks. On a grill or in a non-stick pan, we cook the patties without adding any oil or other greasy substance. We season them with salt and pepper and cook them until they are lightly browned.
Meanwhile, we cook the bacon until crispy. Once the patties are done, we place the cheese on top and let it melt.
We split the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in the pan. We spread a generous amount of BBQ sauce on the base of the bun, followed by the iceberg or French lettuce, sliced pickled cucumbers, the burger patty with melted cheese on top, and finally the caramelized onions or onion rings.
And that's it! Enjoy your homemade American burgers at your party."
