Product

Recipe-Ingrediants

A delicious and easy-to-make chicken dish that is favored by newlyweds, working individuals, bachelors, and students due to its simplicity and flavor. The crispy skin of the chicken will delight you, and you'll find yourself making it often!

Ingredients:
•    1 large chicken, cut into portions
•    1 cup baby or medium-sized potatoes
•    2 tsp thyme
•    ½ tsp chili powder
•    2 tsp smoked paprika
•    2 tsp granulated garlic
•    ½ tsp cumin
•    ½ tsp pepper
•    1 tsp salt
•    2 tsp brown sugar
•    ½ tsp powdered mustard
•    Juice of 1 juicy lemon
•    200g beer
•    Olive oil

Directions

Instructions:
1.    Wash the chicken and in a bowl, mix lemon juice, a little olive oil, all the spices, and mix well. Take the chicken pieces and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Place them in the refrigerator to marinate while we prepare the potatoes.
2.    Boil the potatoes in a small pot. Do not overcook them; boil them just enough for them to slightly soften. Remove them from the water, and one by one, lightly press them until they crack open.
3.    In a baking dish, place the chicken pieces, add the potatoes, and pour the beer into the marinade bowl with the leftover spices. Add a little olive oil, mix well to incorporate all the ingredients, and pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
4.    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for one hour, then increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F) for an additional 10-15 minutes.
5.    The chicken is ready when you insert a toothpick and clear juices run out. If it comes out pink, leave it in the oven for a bit longer to cook.
Additional tips:
•    Another method is to place the chicken upright in the oven, marinated on top of a beer can (after washing it and emptying half of the beer inside) and placing sprigs of thyme inside. Carefully position the chicken upright in the baking dish, ensuring that the beer can enters the cavity of the chicken. Add the potatoes and pour the remaining beer, olive oil, and spice mixture over it, following the same process mentioned above.
Enjoy your flavorful chicken with beer!
