Baked Chickpeas snack .
Get ready to indulge in a delicious and easy-to-make snack with your favorite spices, perfect to enjoy with a drink or as a snack for kids, or simply for nibbling while watching a movie. Healthy, nutritious, and guilt-free!
Our Ingredients:
350g soaked chickpeas from the previous day
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
? tsp chili powder
? tsp coriander
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp powdered dried onion
½ tsp powdered garlic
80g olive oil
Drain the chickpeas very well and pat them dry with a clean towel. In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and place the chickpeas on it. Drizzle them with olive oil and toss to coat. Then sprinkle the spice mixture over the chickpeas and mix well. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-40 minutes. During baking, stir the chickpeas 3-4 times.
• Drying the chickpeas well before adding oil will make them crispy. If you prefer them softer, simply drain them without drying. • You can also use them as a garnish for salads. They pair incredibly well and add a wonderful touch!
