Ingredients:
• 3 large carrots, grated (or 2 cups)
• 1 potato, grated
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 eggs
• 150g grated kefalotyri cheese
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2-3 fresh spring onions, finely chopped
• A bit of dill, finely chopped
• A bit of fennel, finely chopped
• A bit of parsley, finely chopped
• 100g breadcrumbs (approximately)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A bit of flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
