Soy Meatballs

Are you a fan of healthy eating? Are you fasting? Do you want something different, light, and tasty? Well, here is your recipe to make the most delicious soy meatballs.


For our ingredients, we will need:
•    1/3 of a package of soy mince (preparation instructions can be found on the packaging)
•    2 onions, finely chopped
•    2 cloves of garlic, minced
•    1 tbsp mustard
•    Finely chopped green onion
•    Half a bunch of parsley
•    Breadcrumbs from 2 slices of bread
•    2 tbsp olive oil
•    Salt, pepper, and oregano
•    2-3 mint leaves
•    2 tbsp oats
•    A little flour

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Knead the mixture just like you would with regular meatballs. Leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the ingredients to blend well.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, coat them with flour, and fry them in vegetable oil. Alternatively, for those who want to avoid frying, you can place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven.
