Many years ago, I used to work in a hotel in Katerini. There I met a lady who made this flour pie. I used to make it often since it became my son's favorite. It's very easy, fast, you can make it in 2 minutes, with 4 ingredients that we all have in our kitchen, and the whole family can enjoy it.

Ingredients:

400 g all-purpose flour

2 eggs

400 g crumbled feta cheese

1 cup water (approximately)

50 g butter

Salt, pepper, oregano

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C on the resistance setting. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, eggs, and water until a thick batter is formed. Grease a baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven until it gets hot. When the baking sheet is hot enough, take it out of the oven and pour the batter over it, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese all over the batter. Spread small pieces of butter all over the feta cheese. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano. Bake at 180°C until it turns golden brown.
