My son's favorite pizza, which has impressed everyone who has tried it and has become an irresistible recipe. Today, I will present it to you, and I am confident that it will become your new favorite as well.
Our Ingredients
(for 3 pizzas, 32 cm in diameter):
1 portion of pizza dough (or ready-made dough for convenience)
2 leeks, finely chopped
400g cream
300g mixed cheeses
150g diced bacon
200g grated smoked Vermio cheese
Salt and pepper
2-3 mushrooms
Directions
- Saute the leeks in a little olive oil.
- Add the bacon, cream, and finally the cheeses to create a thick cream mixture.
- Spread the cream mixture over the pizza dough and top with mushrooms.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C until the crust is cooked and the cheese on top has turned golden.
- I assure you that the whole house will be filled with a delicious aroma!
