Turkey Cheese Muffins

Delicious and fluffy muffins filled with feta cheese, spicy gruyere, and pieces of turkey. Tasty, healthy, and light, perfect for a snack, the gym, your child's school, our office, birthdays and parties, or even as part of a buffet where they steal the show with their deliciousness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small yogurt container (200g)
  • 150g self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 25g olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 120g crumbled feta cheese
  • 100g spicy gruyere cheese or any other light cheese of your preference
  • 200g turkey
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together using a spoon.
  2. Pour the mixture into greased muffin molds.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes. Test if they are cooked by inserting a toothpick into one of the muffins.
