Ingredients:

1 packet of phyllo dough

½ kilogram of spinach

1 bunch of sowthistle

1 bunch of chervil

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch of parsley

200 grams of Swiss chard

1 bunch of fresh spring onions

300 grams of sowthistle shoots

Pepper, olive oil, nutmeg

Directions

Thoroughly wash our herbs. Dry them well to remove any excess water. Coarsely chop them and salt them in a bowl. Mix and let them marinate for about half an hour.

Grease a baking pan (I used a 40 cm round pan) with vegetable oil and layer 2-2 phyllo sheets crosswise on three sides to close the circle of the pan. (In other words, I used 6 sheets for the bottom). Drizzle with olive oil between the sheets.

Spread the filling mixture and cover with more crisscrossed phyllo sheets. Close the pie with additional sheets.

Grease it and score the top.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
