An easy, quick, and simple zucchini pie, delicious and light, suitable for any time of the day. A pie made with pure ingredients, just like our grandmother used to make. Do you remember it? If you don't, I'm sure you'll remember it with the first bite!!!
Our ingredients:
1 kilogram of grated zucchini, well drained
400 grams of crumbled feta cheese
150 grams of milk
200 grams of all-purpose flour
130 grams of olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
5 eggs
2 grated carrots
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
A little butter
The process is very simple. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini and all the other ingredients. Mix well and pour this mixture into a well-buttered baking dish. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until it gets a golden color. Once it is ready, remove it from the oven, let it rest for about half an hour to set, and then cut it into pieces.
