Pancakes are like flapjacks , but they are fluffier and more airy. They are a favorite of both children and adults and are mainly served for breakfast, as they can be combined with honey, jams, fruits, hazelnut praline, cheese spread, and many other combinations.


Our ingredients:
150g yogurt
150g flour
1 egg
50g melted butter
50g milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 vanilla
1 pinch of salt

Directions

Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the yogurt, milk, butter, and egg and mix well with a whisk. In a buttered frying pan on medium heat (to cook until inside), pour a spoonful of the mixture in a round shape. Wait for it to turn golden brown and flip it over. Every time you pour a pancake into the pan, lightly butter the pan.
Serve with fruits, honey, jam, hazelnut praline, or whatever else your taste desires.
