Our Ingredients:
120g low-fat yogurt (2%)
100g vegetable oil
200g banana juice
100g eggs
170g mashed banana (2 ripe bananas blended)
200g brown sugar
220g self-rising flour
A pinch of salt
1 ½ tsp white vinegar
25g cocoa powder
Topping:
50g milk
110g dark chocolate
1 banana
In a bowl, whisk the egg with sugar. Add all the remaining liquid ingredients (yogurt, vegetable oil, banana juice, vinegar, and mashed banana). Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture in half and add cocoa powder to one half. Mix thoroughly. Grease and lightly flour a baking pan. Starting from the center, pour a small amount of one mixture, then add a little from the other mixture in the center, and continue alternating until you use up both mixtures.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes in a conventional setting. Baking time may vary, so check with a knife, wooden skewer, or toothpick.
While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate topping. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate with milk, stirring until the ingredients are well combined. Let it cool.
