An easy, quick, and delicious cake that I'm sure will win you over. It can be whipped up in no time, and you can enjoy it with your coffee, as a treat, or serve it after a meal. Such a chocolate cake always fits any occasion. Decorate it according to the occasion (festive for Christmas, Easter, or Valentine's Day, an anniversary, etc.). This dessert is a perfect match anywhere!
Ingredients:
250g vegetable oil
250g eggs
250g 2% yogurt
250g sugar
250g self-rising flour
25g cocoa powder
100g semolina
70g crushed walnuts
Topping:
50g milk
110g dark chocolate

In a large bowl, start by mixing the wet ingredients. Beat the eggs with the sugar until well combined, then add the yogurt and vegetable oil. After thoroughly mixing them, add the semolina and flour with cocoa powder. Grease and lightly flour your baking pan. Pour in the batter and add the crushed walnuts. Gently mix them in and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes (each oven may vary, so use a skewer, knife, or toothpick to test for doneness).
While the cake is baking, heat the milk and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until well combined. Let it cool.
Once you take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and pour the melted chocolate on top. Garnish with walnuts. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
