Ingredients:
800g red wine
Juice of 1 juicy organic unwaxed orange
Orange peel
2 sticks of Ceylon cinnamon
3 pieces of star anise
2 pieces of broken nutmeg
5-6 pieces of cloves
3 tablespoons of thyme honey
Put all our ingredients in a pot and let them warm up well for at least 10 minutes. Be careful not to boil the wine. Strain it and pour it into a jug and serve it warm. -The longer the spices stay in, the more intense the flavor becomes. -You can put all the spices in a pouch to prevent them from scattering and leave them in the hot wine.
