For the filling:
400g Cretan sweet myzithra cheese
150g honey
2 eggs (depending on the moisture content of the cheese)
Lemon zest
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl, crumble the cheese and mix it with honey, eggs, lemon zest, and cinnamon. In a small plate, combine the corn flour and all-purpose flour, then add it to the filling mixture.
