I'm serving coffee!!! And I'll serve it with the cutest, most delicious espresso-flavored cookies in the shape of coffee beans!!!! They are incredibly easy and quick to make, and our coffee will have its perfect cookie companion to dunk!

Our ingredients:

500g all-purpose flour

250g butter

180g powdered sugar

60g cocoa powder

2 large eggs

2 tbsp espresso coffee

 

Directions

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, cocoa powder, espresso, and finally the flour. The dough should become pliable and soft, just enough so that it doesn't stick to our hands. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for a while.

Then, cut it into small equal-sized balls and lightly press them. Make a cut in the middle with a small knife to resemble coffee beans. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes in a convection oven.
