Don't be afraid at all!!! It's very easy and very quick!! You can make it and decorate cakes with all your imagination and passion!!! The ingredients we will need are:
1 kilogram of powdered sugar
2 packets of 10g gelatin
1 tsp glycerin (edible, from the pharmacy)
½ cup of glucose
 ? cup of water
2 vanilla extracts

Directions

In a small saucepan, dissolve the gelatin in the water. Add the glucose and stir. Then, add the glycerin and vanilla extract. In another bowl, place the powdered sugar and make a well in the center. Pour the liquid mixture into the well and initially stir with a spoon (be cautious as it may be slightly hot). Mix until you can no longer stir with the spoon, and then knead with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. You can use it as plain white for a base, or to create various designs such as flowers, seashells, characters, Christmas decorations, or whatever your imagination desires! Good luck!
