Healthy, easy, and fragrant oatmeal cookies without sugar, but with honey, tahini, and olive oil. You can confidently offer them to your children, as they will only provide them with goodness, and enjoy them yourself! You can now indulge without guilt!

Our ingredients:

250g oats

50g olive oil

60g fresh orange juice and zest

90g tahini

100g honey

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp ginger powder

? tsp ground cloves

Optional: nuts and dried fruits for decoration

Directions

Take the oats and blend them in a blender until they resemble flour. In a bowl, mix the tahini, olive oil, honey, orange juice, orange zest, spices, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined. Then add the oat flour and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture rest for about half an hour.

Next, take a glass of water and two teaspoons. Grease the baking sheet with a little olive oil. Lightly wet one of the teaspoons and use the other teaspoon to scoop a small amount of the mixture. With the wet teaspoon, help release the mixture from the other teaspoon and place it on the baking sheet. Since it contains honey, the mixture may stick, so the wet teaspoon will help. Repeat the process until all the cookies are formed. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes at 180°C (350°F). When the cookies are done, wait for 15 minutes (if you can resist) for them to cool down and detach from the baking sheet.

If you want to create patterned cookies, wet the cookie cutter first and then place it on the greased baking sheet. Fill the cutter with the mixture using a wet spoon.

If desired, decorate the cookies with nuts or dried fruits just before baking. Don't worry, they will stick because of the honey.

Enjoy!
