Nut Bars Delicious nutritious nut bars for a nutritious break at school, work, in the office, in the car, at the gym, and wherever else you can think of.

Our ingredients:

200g honey

2 tbsp tahini

100g pistachios

100g hazelnuts

100g almonds

80g sunflower seeds

80g pumpkin seeds

50g sesame seeds

50g pine nuts

 

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. In a small saucepan, melt the honey and tahini. Stir to incorporate the ingredients. Pour in the nuts and mix well. In a baking dish, line it with crisscrossed plastic wrap. Pour in our mixture and spread it with a spoon. Fold and cover it with another layer of plastic wrap, then press it firmly with your hands. Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once cooled, remove the plastic wrap and cut it into bars. Store them in the refrigerator.
