Ingredients:
For garnish: crushed biscuits, chocolate, almond or crushed walnut, cinnamon, etc.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vanilla, and milk over medium heat. While waiting for the sugar to dissolve and the milk to warm up, mix the egg with corn flour and orange juice in a bowl. Once the milk is hot, remove from heat and pour the egg mixture into the saucepan. Stir constantly and return the saucepan to the heat. Continue stirring until the cream thickens. Pour the cream into serving bowls and sprinkle with garnish of your choice.
