Orange Creamy Dessert with Christmas Spices

A very easy and quick to make, fasting cream with very few ingredients. Served in the cups of the oranges themselves, it's perfect to offer to your guests and the kids will love it too!!!

Ingredients:

1 liter freshly squeezed orange juice

4 tbsp Grelia honey (adjust the sweetness according to the sweetness of your oranges)

4 tbsp corn flour Orange zest

1 tsp cinnamon-clove

liqueur Chopped nuts, or any other desired topping (e.g. dried fruit)

Directions

  1. Wash the oranges well and cut off the tops.
  2. Squeeze the oranges and reserve the cups for serving.
  3. In a small saucepan, pour the orange juice that has been strained through a fine mesh. While it is still cold, add the corn flour and stir very well until completely dissolved.
  4. Add the honey and orange zest and mix well.
  5. Once the cream thickens, remove from heat and add the liqueur.
  6. Serve the cream in the orange cups and decorate with chopped nuts or any other desired topping.
