A delicious cheesecake with Oreo cookies inside and out. With just a few ingredients, it's an incredible sweet treat loved by both kids and adults alike. The ideal combination of cream cheese that neither weighs you down nor disappoints. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas dinners, or even for Valentine's Day—suitable for our Sunday afternoon, the table for our guests, the buffet we're hosting, for a myriad of reasons, it's the ultimate dessert that everyone enjoys!
Ingredients:
• 3 packs of Oreo cookies
• 1 kilogram cream cheese
• 220 grams sugar
• 3 eggs
• 80 grams butter
• 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
• 1 package of whipped cream
For the Base:
1. In a blender, grind 250 grams of Oreo cookies (about 1 ½ packs).
2. Transfer the ground cookies to a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well.
3. Take your mold and create a base with a raised edge all around. Flatten it with a spoon.
4. Place the mold with the Oreo base in the refrigerator and let it set well for 2 hours.
For the Filling:
1. In a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well.
2. Once the base has set, add the cream mixture with finely chopped Oreo cookies to the mold.
3. Place our dessert in a preheated oven at 140-150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Place a dish of water inside the oven while baking.
4. When it's ready, leave it in the oven for half an hour with the oven temperature turned off but the door slightly ajar.
5. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until it's chilled.
6. Once it's well-chilled, whip the cream with a teaspoon of vanilla and garnish as desired.
