Delicious nutritious bars with peanut butter that kids love, nuts for a nutritious school snack, for a home snack, at the office, in the car, at the gym, and wherever else you can think of.
300g peanut butter
100g oats
80g hazelnuts
80g walnuts
80g dried figs
50g pistachios
50g pumpkin seeds
30g cranberries
4 tbsp honey
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. In a saucepan or skillet, melt the honey and peanut butter. Stir to incorporate the ingredients. Pour in the nuts and mix well. In a baking dish, line it with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and spread it evenly with a spoon. Fold and cover with another layer of parchment paper, then press it firmly with your hands. Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once cooled, remove the parchment paper and cut it into bars. Store them in the refrigerator.
