Strawberry Kiss Cheesecake

A light and delicious dessert with a chocolate strawberry flavor. Perfect for any occasion and age, as cheesecake is loved by both adults and children! So, steal the show with this irresistible sweet!

Ingredients: For the crust:

  • 250g Oreo cookies
  • 80g melted butter

For the filling:

  • 400g room temperature cream cheese
  • 500g whipped cream (the green box)
  • 10 strawberries, blended
  • 5 gelatin sheets

For the topping:

  • 250g heavy cream
  • 250g milk chocolate

Directions

  1. Blend the Oreo cookies and place them in a bowl. Melt the butter and add it to the bowl. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Use a flat-bottomed glass to press the crust down firmly. Chill in the fridge.
  2. While waiting for the crust to chill, make the filling. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the blended strawberries and mix well. In a small bowl, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. In another large bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Drain the soaked gelatin sheets and heat them in a saucepan until melted. Let cool slightly, then pour the melted gelatin into the cream cheese mixture while stirring continuously.
  4. Pour the filling on top of the chilled crust and spread it out evenly. Chill in the fridge until set, for about 2-3 hours.
  5. To make the topping, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped milk chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate topping over the chilled cheesecake and spread it out evenly. Chill in the fridge until the topping sets, for about 1 hour.
  7. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
