Vanilla Muffins with Chocolate Chips and Walnuts

Deliciously cute muffins for coffee breaks, work, school, treats, parties, birthdays, or simply for a little indulgence! Easy and quick!

Ingredients:

450g all-purpose flour

90g granulated sugar

80g brown sugar

60g chopped walnuts

1 packet chocolate chips (125g)

1 vanilla pod

½ tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

300g fresh milk

70g melted butter

2 eggs

 

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugars, vanilla seeds, and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, melted butter, and milk, and mix well until fully incorporated. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Butter 12 muffin molds and fill them with a spoonful of the batter (leave about 1-1½ cm from the top as they will rise). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-35 minutes. Test if they are done by inserting a toothpick.
