Our Ingredients
1 medium apple, peeled and grated (120g)
100g milk
120g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
a little butter for garnish: walnuts, honey, mulled wine, etc.
In a bowl, sift the self-raising flour along with the cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Then, add the grated apple and milk to the mixture.
Heat some butter in a non-stick frying pan and spoon in some of the batter. Once it is browned, flip it to the other side. Garnish with mulled wine or honey and walnuts.
-We can replace our flour with gluten-free flour -If our apple gives off more liquid and dilutes our mixture, add a tablespoon of flour!
