Our ingredients:

  • 1 chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

In a pan, saute the chicken pieces. Then add the vegetables and cook until they soften. Add the beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat, and cook the omelette slowly.

At the end, sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve with freshly ground pepper.
