Ingredients
• 10 medium-sized shrimp
• 100g of heavy cream
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 finely chopped garlic clove
• 2 shots of mastic liqueur
• Salt and pepper
1. Remove the heads from the shrimp and make a bisque.
2. Once the bisque is ready, set the broth aside.
3. Heat a pan, and saute the onion and shrimp, adding the garlic at the end. Deglaze with the mastic liqueur, then add a little broth from the bisque.
4. Let it boil twice, then add the heavy cream.
5. Season with salt and pepper, and let the sauce thicken.
Serving Suggestion Serve with rice or pasta.
