The preparation is simple. We wash and trim the tender parts of the asparagus, lay them on parchment paper along with the wild garlic leaves. We boil the trimmings to extract the wonderful broth they release. We place the fish fillets on top, drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. We pour a little of the asparagus broth on the edge of the parchment paper. Then, we fold the parchment paper and create a pocket for extra protection using aluminum foil.
We bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Serve it with lemony potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
