Ingredients:
1/3 packet of soy mince (preparation instructions on the package)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Half a glass of white wine *optional*
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 ripe tomatoes, grated
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 packet of macaroni
Half a bunch of parsley
Salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaf,
olive oil

Prepare the soy mince according to the instructions on the package.
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the tomato paste and stir. Then add the soy mince, deglaze with white wine, and add the grated tomatoes and spices. Let it simmer for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
