In a deep pan, heat a little olive oil and saute the onion. Then add the garlic and quickly stir to avoid burning it. Drain the mushrooms (reserving the water) and add them to the pan along with the agaricus mushrooms. Gently stir and deglaze with the white wine. Add the rice and continue stirring. Pour in the mushroom water and two cups of warm broth. Reduce the heat and let the risotto simmer until it absorbs all the liquid. Add another cup of broth, salt, and pepper, and continue simmering for about 15 minutes. The risotto should be cooked al dente, with a creamy texture in the center of the grains.
Remove the risotto from the heat, add a little more broth and the butter, and stir well. Serve immediately.
