Mushroom meat sauce pasta

Delicious spaghetti with mushroom meat sauce, a very tasty and aromatic dish that you will establish even if you are a lover of classic bolognese. The most common fasting dish as the whole family easily enjoys it!!!


Ingredients: 

500g champignon mushrooms, chopped in the large hole of a grater

2-3 portobello mushrooms, finely chopped

50g assorted dried mushrooms

1 carrot, diced small

1 onion, finely chopped

1 leek (white part only), finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

80g white wine

2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped in the grater

Olive oil Salt,

pepper, thyme, bay leaf



Directions

Instructions: In a pot, heat the olive oil and saute the leek and onion. Then add the garlic, the finely chopped mushrooms, and the mushrooms that have been chopped in the grater. Next, add the softened dried mushrooms (together with their soaking water) and the carrots. Saute lightly and deglaze with the white wine. Add the tomato, the herbs, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. While the sauce simmers, boil the pasta. When the pasta is ready, add it to the sauce and mix gently.

Tips:
• The more variety of mushrooms you use, the more flavorful and aromatic your pasta will be.
• Chop some mushrooms in the large hole of a grater and some finely to get the texture of the sauce just right.
• You can soak the dried mushrooms in wine for a stronger aroma.
