Ingredients:
• 1 leek, finely chopped
• 3-4 bacon slices
• 30g smoked cheese
• 4-5 button mushrooms
• 20g mozzarella cheese
• 100g heavy cream
• 200g pasta of your choice, cooked
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Saute the finely chopped leek in a pan.
2. Once softened, add the mushrooms and bacon.
3. Once they are cooked, cover the pan and reduce the heat, letting it simmer for 2 minutes.
