A flavorful experience full of colors and aromas

Our ingredients are simple yet aromatic. Green, red, and yellow peppers create a seemingly simple, but highly flavorful medley. Along with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and dill, they add a sophisticated touch that enhances the taste and provides a rich sensation on the palate. The addition of coarse salt and coarsely ground pepper completes the flavor profile, offering a pleasant texture.
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
½ cup dill, finely chopped

We thoroughly wash the peppers, then pat them dry and arrange them on the oven rack. We grill them in a preheated oven under the broiler. Once one side of the skin is charred, we turn them over to char the other side. As soon as they are ready and charred on both sides, we place them in a clean plastic bag and seal it, allowing them to sweat and the skin to loosen. We clean them by removing the outer membrane, stem, and seeds.
On a cutting board, we carefully take the grilled peppers and cut them into long strips.
In a small bowl, we mix together dill, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and capers.
