Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in water

250g cannellini beans

1 diced tomato

1 diced onion

1 minced garlic clove

1 boiled egg

A handful of chopped dill

100g olive oil

20g lemon juice

? tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Smoked salt from Mesolongi

Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Clean and wash the cannellini beans.
  2. Boil the beans in water with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes (depending on their hardness).
  3. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the beans into cold water.
  4. Allow them to cool, then strain them.
