Tuna Salad with Rice

A perfect dish—easy, quick, and healthy. Whether for a celebration, office lunch, or Sunday table, this salad is delicious and can serve as a satisfying meal, providing all the nutrients our body needs.


Ingredients:
• 2 cans of tuna in water
• 1 finely chopped red onion
• 2 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
• 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
• ½ cup boiled corn
• ½ green bell pepper
• ½ red bell pepper
• ½ yellow bell pepper
• ? cup finely chopped parsley
• 2 cups cooked rice of your choice
For the dressing:
• 80g mayonnaise
• 20g mustard
• Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Place it in the refrigerator for one to two hours to allow the flavors to blend. In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients for the dressing. Then, incorporate the dressing into the rest of the salad and mix well.
