Warm herb salad with sun-dried tomato... Their flavor is unique. Try it!
Our ingredients:
From greens: spinach, arugula, dandelion greens, chicory, purslane, sorrel, blanched nettles Herbs: mint, dill, fennel
½ bunch fresh spring onions
Grelia olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
5-6 sun-dried tomato
fillets Salt and pepper Grated feta cheese or myzithra cheese Crushed walnuts
The quantities here depend on your personal preference and what you can find in the market. Take your greens, wash them thoroughly, and lightly boil them in some water (keep the cooking liquid).
In a flat pan, saute the spring onions, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Then, add the greens and let them simmer slowly (the cooking time will vary depending on the greens, so keep the reserved liquid in case it's needed).
Serve with grated feta or myzithra cheese and crushed walnuts.
