Youvarlakia with yogurt

My favorite youvarlakia! I could eat a whole pot of them. These wonderful, aromatic youvarlakia, once you start...you just can't stop!

Our ingredients:

500g mixed minced meat

150g Carolina rice

4 fresh onions, finely chopped

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

4 small zucchinis, sliced

1/4 bunch of dill (half in the meat mixture and half in the soup)

2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped (one in the meat mixture and one in the soup)

1 egg

1 small yogurt (200g)

1800g chicken broth a little butter juice from a juicy lemon salt-pepper flour for dusting the youvarlakia

Directions

Αt the minced meat, the finely chopped fresh onion, dill, mint, rice, egg, salt, and pepper, and mix very well. We put a pot with 1800g of chicken broth to boil with a little salt. We shape our meat mixture into small balls and dust them with flour. As soon as the water boils, we add our youvarelakia and reduce the heat and let them simmer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we add the zucchinis and let them cook for another 10 minutes. In a bowl, we put the yogurt, dill, mint, lemon juice, and salt-pepper. We slowly add the broth from the youvarlakia and mix continuously with a whisk. Then, we take the mixture and put it in the pot and stir the food by shaking it with sharp movements from the handles of the pot.
