TOMATO OVEN-ROASTING

Wonderful tomatoes that you can add to salads, sauces, pies, etc., and elevate your preparations. Very easy to prepare and implement, and give your dishes the flavor you want!
There's no specific quantity here because you can make as many tomatoes as you want, with the herbs, spices, or herbs you like.
As an example, I'm providing a suggestion.

Ingredients:
• Tomatoes
• Finely chopped or crushed garlic
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oregano
• Thyme
• Olive oil

Directions

In a bowl, place our ingredients and mix to homogenize.
Cut the tomatoes in half vertically.
Spread parchment paper on our baking pan and place the halved tomatoes in a row, with the back facing down (PHOTO 1).
With a brush, spread our ingredients on top (PHOTO 2).
Bake at 150°C (300°F) for as long as needed to dry them (depends on how large the tomatoes are).
As soon as they are done, place our tomatoes in a clean, sterilized jar and fill it to the top with olive oil.
Close with the lid.
Store our jar in the refrigerator.
