Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower

1 medium broccoli

300g smoked turkey, finely chopped

250g 2% yogurt

2 eggs

200g light grated yellow cheese

500g fresh milk

3 tbsp corn flour

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. In a saucepan, place the florets and let them cook for 5 minutes. Remove them and let them drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, milk (previously mixed with corn flour), grated cheese, smoked turkey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the florets in a baking dish or casserole. Pour the mixture over the florets.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
