2 kilograms of pumpkin

2 boiled potatoes

4 tablespoons of butter

1 cup of fresh milk

Salt and white pepper

Optional: a touch of nutmeg

  • While the pumpkin is baking, boil the potatoes for the mash.
  • Peel the pumpkin while it's still warm, and also peel the boiled potatoes. Mash them well until the ingredients are well combined. Add the milk, salt, pepper, and butter, and if desired, a touch of nutmeg.
