Our ingredients:
• 3 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
• 500 grams of macaroni, preferably coral-shaped or your preferred type
• 350 grams of heavy cream
• 350 grams of milk
• 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 150 grams of Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

In a pot, bring salted water to a boil to cook the macaroni. Cook the macaroni for 2-3 minutes less than the manufacturer's instructions.
In a large saucepan, heat some olive oil over high heat and saute the chicken until cooked through. Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan and set it aside. Then, add the milk, heavy cream, and garlic to the same saucepan. Let the sauce simmer and thicken. Next, add the cooked macaroni, cheese, and chicken to the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, gently stir everything together, and serve garnished with freshly ground pepper.


Note: You can also use grilled chicken to avoid pan-frying.
