• 3 large grated carrots (or 2 cups)
• 1 grated potato
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 dried grated onion
• 2-3 finely chopped fresh spring onions
• A small amount of finely chopped mint
• A small amount of finely chopped dill
• A small amount of finely chopped parsley
• Approximately 100g breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A little flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Olive oil for frying
