1 packet of phyllo pastry
300g mixed or beef mince
2 large onions, finely chopped

Easy Apple Pie An easy and quick apple pie that is delicious for your afternoon snack, after a meal, or even with your coffee.
For the crust:
Pate sucree dough
250g all-purpose flour
125g butter
2 tsp powdered sugar
? tsp salt
1 egg
In a bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter, cut into small cubes, and mix with your hands to prevent the butter from melting. The mixture should become slightly yellow. Add the egg and knead the mixture until it forms an elastic dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
After an hour, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and place it in your tart pan. Use your fingers to shape the dough in the pan. Pierce the dough with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 8 minutes with weights, then remove the weights and bake for another 8 minutes.
For the filling:
3 medium-sized apples, thinly sliced
