So, I decided to dry them to have them all year round for my tea and as decorations around the house during winter, even as potpourri! You will need thinly sliced oranges.

• 750g small, thinly peeled oranges
• 750g crystallized sugar
• 350g fresh orange juice
• 200g water
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
